Living Ink

An interactive inkblot. Pour ink with your finger or cursor; it mirrors across the fold, keeps bleeding into the paper, then asks what you see.

An inkblot you make yourself. **Drag to pour ink, hold still to let it pool.** Everything you lay down mirrors across the fold, and the ink keeps living after you lift — wicking along the paper fibres, feathering at its edges, darkening as it dries.

When the sheet settles, it asks one question: *what do you see?* Your answer is kept with the plate, and you can save the plate as an image. The originals stopped at Plate X; every sheet here continues the count.

Mostly black ink with a red accent, after Rorschach's 1921 cards. It is a parlor game, not a test.

Built for Interactive Inkblot on PlaiGround.

A small wet-media simulation in raw WebGL 2: damped flow for pushing wet ink, a porous-medium wicking rule gated by the paper's sizing, and pigment that settles fastest at the drying front.
